NFESE will refund any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. Please take your time trying everything on.  If you do decide to make a return, simply contact us at [email protected] for details to send the items back to us. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.
 
You are always welcome to return or exchange for free within Winnipeg, Canada. Contact us at [email protected] should you wish to exchange an item with us. 
Yes, all items are subject to a shipping and handling processing fee to assist in the packaging, shipping, and delivery of your purchase.
 
We offer the following shipping options through Canada Post: Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, XPRESS post, Priority, XPRESSpost USA, and XPRESSpost International. You can pick your option and view the fee at checkout.

Yes! It will give you an option at the checkout page to choose delivery. All deliveries are free of charge.

At this time, we ship across Canada, the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and the United Kingdom. 

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

We will do our best to ensure that inventory is kept up to date. If an item is out of stock, please check back in with us at a later date.

Yes, you can track your order status anytime after it has been placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking will be provided by a Canada Post tracking number

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover). Please contact us at [email protected] for alternative options such as E-transfer (Canada Only).

We process all orders within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival.

Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.
